F8 lands in week 1. The Financial Intelligence Hub, DeskLoad and CRT build through the first three weeks; week 4 is a UI-enhancement push across the systems, then UI development, testing and handovers follow. Productivity UI stays at concept stage this window. Snippy V1 runs as ongoing support throughout.
Week 4 is a UI-enhancement push across DeskLoad, CRT and Tasky. Every tool ends in internal testing and a handover for small-group testing; feedback from those handovers is worked on after the eight weeks. Productivity UI stops at concept + UI this window, its build, testing and handover come later.
DeskLoad and CRT run this exactly. The Financial Intelligence Hub runs slightly ahead, it hands a functional version to finance & management at week 4, then does its own UI pass (weeks 5–7). Tasky is offset: UI enhancement at week 4, then build from week 5, handover at week 8. Productivity stops after concept + UI enhancement; its development, testing and handover fall after the window.
Feedback from every handover is collected during the window and worked on afterwards.
